When will my result be ready?
Many routine blood tests are ready the same day. Cultures take 2 to 3 days, histology up to 7 working days. Scan reports are usually ready within hours. The front desk will give you a time for your tests.
Why can’t I see a result yet?
A report only appears after it has been validated. If a result is very abnormal, we will call you or your doctor first.
The code isn’t arriving
The code goes only to the phone number or email we have on file. If yours has changed, call 0909 515 0590 and we will update it after confirming who you are.
Collecting for someone else
A parent or guardian can collect a child’s result. To collect an adult’s result you need their written consent. Some tests, such as HIV and other sexual-health tests, are released only to the patient.
