How Paz Diagnostics Ltd handles your personal and health information.
This notice explains how Paz Diagnostics Ltd (“Paz”, “we”), 75 TOS Benson Road, Ebute, Ikorodu, Lagos, collects and uses personal data, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Details you give when booking: name, phone number, email, preferred date and the tests you choose.
- Payment details processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card number.
- Transfer receipts you upload, used only to confirm your payment.
- Health information created when we carry out your tests, held in our clinical records system.
Why we use it
- To book, carry out and report your tests, and to contact you about them.
- To send results to you, and to your doctor where you or your doctor requested the test.
- To meet our legal and clinical record-keeping duties.
Where it is kept
Clinical records are stored on servers located in Nigeria. Access is limited to staff who need it, and every access is recorded.
Who we share it with
Your referring doctor, your HMO where it is paying for the test, and service providers who process data for us (such as Paystack for payments). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it. Clinical records must be kept for the period the law requires, so some requests to delete may be refused, and we will tell you why. Contact pazdiagnostic@gmail.com or call 0909 515 0590.
